Product choices harden while the technology is still moving.

Customer expectations are changing alongside the tools product teams use to research, prototype, evaluate, and build. A team can move too slowly—or commit too quickly, mistaking a new capability for a durable customer need.

The room is for people responsible for product direction.

It is for people responsible for what a company builds, what customers should experience, how product teams work, or which AI experiments deserve investment. Fit follows those decisions, not title alone.

It is not for passive attendance, vendor pitches, or trading polished predictions. Members bring live questions, unfinished thinking, and experience others can learn from.

What you get from the room each month.

Each month gives you a regular source of product signal, interpretation, and candid questions.

  • The product news that matters, without the noise

A concise brief filters current developments for people making customer, roadmap, and product-team decisions.

  • An interpretation of what materially changed

Cristina and Mark explain what may have changed for customers or product work—and what has not.

  • Answers to the questions you are carrying

Submit a question privately or bring it into the discussion. The room works through the assumption, test, or decision beneath it.

  • The questions other product leaders are asking

Hear what other leaders are testing, where they are uncertain, and what they are keeping off the roadmap for now.

The monthly rhythm

Each month turns current developments into product questions.

Cristina and Mark open with developments relevant to product leaders and explain what may have changed for customers, products, or the work of building. Member questions shape the discussion. The room closes with clearer tests and sharper questions.

One subject is discussed at two times each month. Members may join either session or both; the balance between interpretation and discussion follows the subject and the room.

Sessions are confidential, unrecorded, and free of sales pitches. Members may submit questions privately and do not need to perform certainty or arrive with answers.

Questions in the room

The forum stays close to decisions product leaders are already making.

Members may bring questions such as:

  • Which AI behaviors are becoming real customer expectations?
  • What should the team prototype before it commits to a roadmap?
  • Where does an AI feature need stronger evaluation or a clearer human role?
