AI Team Playbook

Turn useful AI practice into a shared working artifact.

A live working session for teams already doing useful work with AI. Together, they make their methods, standards, and responsibilities shareable in a first AI Team Playbook.

Good AI work becomes fragile when only one person knows how it happened.

Strong users have methods that work, but context disappears when work changes hands. Results are hard to review or repeat, and the company grows dependent on a few people to hold the practice together.

Make good AI work easier to repeat, review, and share.

A first working artifact built from real practice—not a generic rulebook handed to the team.

  • A first AI Team Playbook

The team's decisions are captured in a practical artifact the company can use, test, and refine.

  • Methods that can travel

Useful context and review habits no longer depend on one person remembering how the work was done.

  • Standards people helped make

Direction, information handling, review, ownership, and handoff are written in language the team recognizes.

  • Disagreements that stay visible

Questions the room cannot resolve are recorded rather than hidden behind a rigid workflow.

How the session works

Build the first version together.

Beforehand, we learn where useful AI practice already exists. In the three-hour session, the team will:

  • Surface methods worth sharing and where handoffs break.
  • Agree how to direct AI, handle information, review results, and own decisions.
  • Capture those agreements and open questions in a first working playbook.

FAQs

Is this right for your team?

AI Team Playbook is the right starting point when useful AI practice already exists, but other people cannot reliably understand, review, or repeat it.

It is not a software migration, a rigid company-wide workflow, or an open-ended AI program.

If the team first needs shared confidence and judgment, AI Foundations is the better starting point.

Do we need an existing AI policy or playbook?

No. We begin with the tools, policies, and working habits the company has now. Useful practice matters more than polished documentation.

Is the playbook the same for every company?

No. The method is repeatable; the artifact is not. Your first playbook is built from the team's real work, responsibilities, boundaries, and unresolved questions.

How many people can take part?

The session is typically run with one to three teams at a time. Tell us who needs to shape the playbook and we will confirm whether they can do that work together in one session.

What do you need from us beforehand?

One leadership contact who can explain the approved tools, policies, working habits, and where strong use already exists. We then identify the people whose methods and handoffs the session needs to surface.

Make useful AI practice easier to share.

Tell us where strong AI work is happening now and where it breaks when the work has to move across the company. We will tell you honestly whether AI Team Playbook fits.
