The person keeps the familiar. The company keeps the work.

A person should not lose a years-long working relationship with AI because they change jobs. A company should not lose its work, decisions, or history because that person leaves.

This means personal continuity and company work cannot be treated as one pool of context. Privacy determines who can see something; ownership determines who keeps it. We are building around that separation from the beginning because it cannot be added later as a preference setting.
